Lila had her 4 month drs appointment on Sept. 14th. She weighs 12 lbs. 10 oz and is 25.5 inches long. She is a petite little girl.

Look at Me!

Mike and I decided to bring Lila to an open casting call at Model Club Inc. In Boston. The whole process was very nerve racking to say the least. Lila and I went in and waited our turn patiently. I saw some other mothers coming out of an office with their children. Lila and I were called in and asked to sit across from a young man behind a desk. He proceeded to ask me questions about Lila's age, clothing size, and hair and eye color. He then explained the process. He would look over all the candidates that afternoon and decide who they would be accepting to their baby division. He informed me that they needed to accept babies who were unique to what their clients looked for and they didn't already have represented in their Baby Book. Lila and I were assigned a time the following day to call to see if she was accepted. I called the following day and was informed that Lila was accepted to their baby division. The actual quote from the man was, " Of course she is accepted she is really cute!" Mike and I were so happy. I sent in pictures for the modeling company to publish in their Baby Book ( the book clients look in to choose models) and have to send updated pictures every few months. There is no guarantee Lila will be chosen but we will wait patiently. No matter what her parents think she is beautiful....and she is!
